In 2022, the part-time faculty of The New School went on strike. After 25 days, the longest part-time faculty strike in US history to date, we reached an agreement for a new contract that would guarantee a 30% minimum pay increase over 5 years. It was ratified by 97% of eligible part-time faculty union members. The New School's archives have acquired my photos from the strike and added them to the university's permanent collection.
